- Why subscribe?
- Subscribing helps you stay accountable for staying inspired & setting intentions! By receiving new cards on a recurring basis, each new card represents a little reminder to stay mindful!
- How are the subscriptions personalized?
- In addition to staying accountable, the survey option also provides a personalized experience. After setting up your account, you can fill in the brief survey so that we can personalize your inspiration! Based on your survey selections, we send inspiration that fits this season of your life! Feel free to update your account survey as needed.
- When will I receive my first card after subscribing?
- If you subscribed along with the purchase of a starter kit, your first card will be sent 2 months after your initial purchase (for bimonthly) or 3 months after your initial purchase (for quarterly)! Your first card is paid for with your initial purchase, so your subscription billing cycle will begin once you receive your second card!
- When will my subscription payment be charged?
- As your cards are shipped, your account will be billed.
- Can the subscriptions be cancelled?
- Yup! No obligations. Subscriptions can be paused anytime or cancelled after the second card delivers!
- I need to update my address - how can I do so?
- Login to your account; within your profile page, update your address.
- Is shipping included?
- Yes! all shipping & postage costs are already included.
